Job Description:
Program Manager – Safe Experience (Release Management Experience Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for Safe Experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer safety standards, and organizational priorities.
- Drive planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of multiple cross-functional projects and programs across product, engineering, operations, and stakeholder teams.
- Establish program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics to ensure timely delivery.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and implementation plans.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and blockers while proactively driving resolution.
- Coordinate release planning, deployment readiness, and launch activities; prior release management experience is preferred.
- Develop and maintain governance processes, program documentation, status reports, and executive-level communications.
- Monitor program health through data-driven insights, KPIs, and dashboards, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, decision-making forums, and stakeholder reviews to drive alignment and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, risk, privacy, and quality standards relevant to Safe Experience programs.
- Drive process optimization and scalability by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and program execution practices.
- Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies to maximize program impact and business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of Program Management experience in technology, trust & safety, platform, operations, or customer experience domains.
- Experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies.
- Release Management experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with engineering and product teams.
- Ability to analyze data, track metrics, and drive informed decision-making
