Lead Data Scientist

· Lead the end-to-end development of data science solutions, from problem definition to model deployment.

· Oversee advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to drive strategic business decisions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for data-driven innovation.

· Mentor and guide data scientists, analysts, and engineers; establish best practices and technical standards.

· Architect scalable data pipelines and model-serving frameworks in partnership with data engineering teams.

· Communicate technical insights to senior leadership through clear reports and visualizations.

· Evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

· Ensure data quality, governance, and ethical use of AI across all projects.

· Manage project timelines, prioritize workloads, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

· Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous model improvement to maximize business impact
