"Tagging every asset in Dynatrace with an owner • Automating more of our incident detection, routing, and response • Reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) for major incidents
Strong candidates will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace tagging and ownership models, Dynatrace Workflows and automation, and integrating alerts with ITSM tools (we are moving to Fresh service). "

• Strong stakeholder management and enterprise support experience"
