Job Description:
Requirements* The ITDR Solution Architect works with application and infrastructure groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. The Solution Architect work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity including architecture reviews for applications specific to their business aligned recovery objectives and infrastructure patterns used to ensure they amply enable recovery compliance. The Solution Architect translates business recovery objectives into technical systems solutions. Integrates hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - specifically 7-10 years of progressive IT experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology field. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on resilience, recovery and continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications: Disaster Recovery solutions architect experience. BC/DR certification.

Short-Term Assignment · Assess Humana on-prem and cloud applications for current configurations · Identify gaps in system build and offer solution fixes · Assess worthiness to perform live testing
