All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency with enterprise-approved AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and other approved Generative AI platforms.
Responsibilities include:
Leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Using Microsoft 365 Copilot for documentation, collaboration, knowledge retrieval, and troubleshooting support.
Utilizing AI-assisted workflows for ticket management, issue resolution, and process improvement.
Supporting Optum integration and migration activities through AI-enabled productivity tools.
Staying current with emerging AI capabilities, enterprise best practices, and responsible AI usage guidelines.
Ensuring secure, compliant, and ethical use of enterprise AI technologies.
Education
:Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
