Field Service Technician – Night Shift (Seattle, WA | Multi-Site Enterprise)
We’re hiring field service technicians to support large enterprise clients across multiple locations in the Seattle area.
This is a night shift role supporting critical IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, POS systems, printers, and basic networking in distributed environments.
⚡ What you’ll do:
- Provide on-site break/fix and installation support across multiple sites
- Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
- Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and POS issues
- Work independently during night shift operations
- Support SLA-driven enterprise environments
🧠 What we’re looking for:
- 2 years of field service / desktop support experience
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Experience in enterprise or MSP environments
- Ability to travel between sites in Seattle area
- Valid driver’s license required
- Night shift availability
⭐ Nice to have:
- POS / retail or QSR support experience
- ServiceNow or ticketing tools experience
- A / Network certifications
