Desired candidate will serve as L2 admin| who will help us support the remote enterprise DC from offshore. Provide technical support| monitoring| maintenance and trouble-shooting as necessary to keep DC infrastructure up and running.Manage Infrastructure from build to decommissionBuild/patch/upgrade/install /migrate/decommission Servers / applications on need bases.Handle alerts/incidents/work orders/change request/problem records/ticket analysis/RCA as a part of support teamWork in synergy with other support teams to keep the environment up and running.Should be able to help users with their day-to-day problems and project needs.Should be able to work under pressured and capable of managing major incident and complex change requests.Windows / vmware ESxi servers Administration & Software InstallationsSupport for AD| DNS and DHCP etc.Able to perform servers Build| Manage| Restore| Retire etc for both Physical and VM & Physical to Virtual migrations. File Server| Print Servers - Management & Migration. Troubleshoot issues related to users| capacity| compute and patches.Vendor coordination for service calls and escalated matters.
