What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst -EMS platform vendor evaluation position at TechClub Inc?
Provide technical direction on application config, development, mentor and train team members, and resolve technical challenges.
Work with project managers, business users, control room operators and other teams to define requirements and communicate project status. Provide functional and technical expertise in various aspects of Utilities system implementations such as business requirements, gap analysis, solution architecture, initial system design and system implementation and testing support activities.
Support execution of engagements to assist electric utilities with management of Electricity Transmission system planning, implementation, testing and operation.
Support the evaluation of potential new vendor partners, and the development of partnerships with key vendors
Support business requirements definition, request for proposal development and EMS platform vendor evaluation.
Support proposal evaluation, selection process, statement of work development and vendor contract negotiation
Support solution design, documentation, planning, implementation, vendor management, testing and acceptance
