Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Technology/Domain
- Must have a CRM background (client uses MS Dynamics but any other CRM knowledge would work too).
- Understanding of CoPilot and/or some AI/GenAI offerings in CRM
- Understanding of a Capital Market client, specifically Self Directed (a.k.a Retail or Personal Investor) and Advised clients.
- Good understand of a multi-cloud (AWS and Azure) and data exchanges between them.
- Ability to lead the team in Business Planning exercises where business and technology teams plan and prepare the roadmap for upcoming quarters.
- Ability to translate functional discussions into technology deliverables
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the overall CRM Portfolio
- Engage with Functional and Technology leaders from the client side to ensure there is a strong collaboration
- Secure growth of the portfolio for 2027
- Be the trusted partner for client
