This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delaware City, DE. As a Field Service Sales Person, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with clients to understand their technology service needs and provide tailored solutions from Techadox’s suite of trusted IT technician services. Additionally, you will oversee client accounts, manage service contracts, and coordinate with the technician network to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
- Sales and relationship management experience with proven skills in client engagement and closing deals
- Ability to understand and discuss IT and technical services, and craft tailored solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Organizational and time management skills to coordinate client accounts and service contracts
- Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Prior experience in IT, field services, or managed services sectors preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site at the Delaware City, DE location
