This part-time, on-site role for an IT Support Specialist is based in Bismarck, ND. The individual in this position will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain and support desktop computers, and deliver help desk assistance. Day-to-day responsibilities also include diagnosing and resolving IT problems and ensuring smooth functionality of IT systems.
- Proficient in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to assist users effectively
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
- Knowledgeable in working with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user interaction
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or similar are a plus
