About Tech-Ora:

Tech-Ora is a fast growing South Florida digital agency helping local businesses dominate online. We build websites, develop apps, create professional in-person video content, and manage complete social media presence for businesses across Broward and Miami-Dade County. We are expanding aggressively across South Florida and need sharp, outgoing, motivated people to help us connect with local business owners in Miami, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale.

The Opportunity:

This is not a typical part time job. This is a performance based field role designed for someone who is hungry, personable, and wants to make serious money while building real world sales and marketing experience that looks incredible on a resume.

You will receive a curated list of local businesses to visit in person across South Florida. Your job is straightforward — walk in, introduce Tech-Ora, leave our branded materials, and book a meeting between the business owner and our closing team. You are not selling. You are opening doors. We close the deals.

This role is perfect for college students, recent graduates, or anyone who wants to develop real world sales and communication skills while earning serious income on a flexible schedule.

What You Earn:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position — meaning you control your schedule, your hustle, and your income. Here is exactly what that looks like in real numbers:

Base Hourly: Your hourly rate starts at $14/hour and scales up to $18/hour based on your performance and consistency. The harder you work the more you earn per hour.

The Bonus Structure:

Appointment Bonus — earn $50 for every qualified appointment you set that our team attends.

Contract Bonus — earn an additional $100 for every contract that gets signed from your appointments.

Real Weekly Earnings Example:

40 hours worked × $14/hour = $560 base

10 qualified appointments set × $50 = $500

5 contracts signed from your appointments × $100 = $500

Total for the week: $1,560

A motivated, consistent ambassador working full time and hitting reasonable weekly targets realistically earns $1,400-$1,800 per week. Scale that across a full month and you are looking at $5,600-$7,200/month — for flexible field work that builds your professional skills and your resume at the same time.

There is absolutely no cap on your bonuses. The more appointments you set and the more contracts that close from your efforts — the more you earn. Your income is entirely in your hands.

Important: As a 1099 independent contractor you are responsible for your own taxes. We recommend setting aside 25-30% of your earnings. Please consult a tax professional for guidance specific to your situation.

Gas Reimbursement:

All mileage driven during working hours is fully reimbursed at the current IRS standard mileage rate. You track your miles, submit weekly, and get reimbursed with your pay. We cover your gas. You focus on results.

The Contract:

This begins as a 1-month contract with clear performance expectations. Ambassadors who help close a minimum of 10 contracts during the month will be offered a contract extension and the opportunity to grow into a permanent role with increased responsibilities and higher compensation. Website Development We design and build professional, modern websites for local businesses. Clean, fast, mobile optimized, and built to convert visitors into real paying customers. From simple landing pages to full multi-page business websites built to impress.

App Development We build custom mobile applications for businesses that need booking systems, loyalty programs, customer portals, or any mobile-first experience for their customers. We take ideas and turn them into real functional apps.

Full Digital Package For businesses that want everything handled — website, app, and complete social media management — we offer bundled packages that give them a complete digital presence under one roof with one dedicated team managing everything.

With our equipment, we will post a designated amount (x) posts per week on the clients page and client does not worry about social media.

Your Territory:

You will work across four of the most business-dense markets in Florida — Miami, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale. Restaurants, med spas, gyms, salons, retail stores, real estate offices, and professional services businesses are your primary targets. South Florida is one of the most vibrant small business markets in the country. The opportunity in front of you is enormous.

A Typical Day Looks Like:

You receive your business list the night before. You plan your route efficiently to maximize visits. You dress professionally and start hitting locations during optimal hours — restaurants between between 9 to 5, med spas and salons mid-morning, gyms early morning before 9am. You walk in confidently, ask for the owner specifically, introduce yourself and Tech-Ora professionally, leave our branded one-pager, and book a specific date and time for our closing team to follow up and this is where you get to work. You check in via text after each visit and update your shared tracking sheet in real time. You finish your day knowing you opened real doors for real deals — and that your bonus account is growing.

Who We Are Looking For:
