We are currently hiring professional Brand Ambassadors to represent Michelob ULTRA — the official beer sponsor of the World Cup. This high‑visibility program launches April 27th, aligning with one of the most exciting global sporting events of the year.
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll activate inside local bars and restaurants where World Cup games are being shown. You’ll engage with fans, offer samples, and help create an unforgettable game‑day atmosphere.
What will you do?
- Visit assigned local bars, restaurants, and nightlife venues each week during World Cup match ups as scheduled by your Market Manager
- Arrive in designated apparel with required items to complete the event
- Engage with patrons in lively, game‑day environments — offering Michelob ULTRA samples, sharing product knowledge, and elevating the World Cup experience
- Develop and sustain relationships with key accounts and staff within assigned areas
- Complete detailed activation recaps after each event
- Communicate regularly with your Market Manager to share wins, challenges, and opportunities
- Represent Michelob ULTRA with enthusiasm, professionalism, and brand pride
Who you are:
- Due to the dispensing of alcohol, you must be 21 years or older and requires Responsible Alcohol Training
- Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Have 1 year plus Brand Ambassador or Bartending experience (On Premise Sampling experience is a plus)
- Daily access to a PC computer with internet/email access
- Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday
- Have a passion for meeting new people and evangelizing outstanding products
- Have an engaging, outgoing, approachable personality
- Have excellent verbal/written communication skills
