What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacist position at Tech Observer?
Position – Pharmacist
Schedule – Night - 10 PM - 8 AM – 4 days a week
Contract – 3 Months with a possibility of extension
Duties:
The Pharmacist Level 1 serves patients by preparing medications, giving pharmacological information to the multidisciplinary health care team, and monitoring patient drug therapies.
Skills:
Dispenses medications accurately and in a timely fashion, Resolves questions regarding formulary and non-formulary medications, following policies and procedures, and provides dosing and therapeutic recommendations that take patient age/kinetic based on literature. Provides dosing and therapeutic recommendations that take patient age/kinetic based on literature. Performs patient education, including but not limited to proper dose as prescribed, taking meds on time, side effects if any, interaction with other drugs patient might be taking, all as per department requirements.
Education:
Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy (ACPE).1-2 years as a licensed Pharmacist
Salary : $90 - $100
