Job title: Instructional Designer
Location: Carmel, IN (Hybrid)
Duration: 10 months
Pay rate: $55/hr on W2
This position is responsible for the assessment, development, and evaluation of customer training as a critical component of customer experience. Additionally, this position provides coordination, support, and analysis for multiple projects in coordination for External Affairs.
Technical Capabilities – Must also be proficient with the following:
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and adapt to changing and evolving work environment and priorities
Leverage customer experience tools, templates, and frameworks (i.e. programming, unified pipeline approach, lifecycle management)
Demonstrates skills in Articulate Storyline, RISE and other creative software
Computer Skills – Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Must also have a foundation of intuitive email, operating systems, and use of virtual conferencing platforms (Webex, Teams, Zoom).
Critical Thinking/Analytical Ability – Strong analytical skills enabling comprehension of complex business scenarios; including the ability to define problems, collect & analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Customer Experience – Ability to provide an excellent customer experience to both internal and external clients.
Effective Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, policies and procedures. Ability to articulate in writing detailed concepts and to present information to a variety of audiences in a clear and concise manner. Ability to coordinate across the organization to complete projects on time.
