About the Rol

eWe’re seeking a mid-level ITS Business Analyst (5 years experience) to support vendor-delivered technology projects and selected internal application initiatives. You will lead and coordinate requirements activities, serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams, and help plan communication and training to ensure smooth adoption. The role also contributes to production support, triaging issues and clarifying bugs with development and vendor teams
