Imaging X-Ray Tech

Job Summary

The X-ray Technician will be responsible for operating X-ray equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures on patients. This role requires a strong understanding of medical imaging techniques and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Duties

• Perform X-ray imaging procedures as requested by healthcare providers
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess imaging results
• Adhere to aseptic techniques and safety protocols during imaging processes

Requirements

• Proficiency in medical imaging techniques including X-ray and CT scans
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation
• Experience working in urgent care or trauma centers preferred
• General Certifications(BLS/BCLS)

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $55.00 - $58.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
