TMB, Inc is looking for a Jr. Program Analyst to provide program management support.
Responsibilities
- Be in office 2-3 days a week to support government customers.
- Prepare; review; and edit analyses, briefs, reports, and summary papers.
- Collect supporting program documentation and schedules for development of package analysis.
- Interface with government and military personnel and other contractors.
- Create and implement the use of metrics to track programming milestones.
- Perform quality assurance on all reports, data, and deliverables (attention to detail is a must).
- Evaluate and improve processes for efficiency.
- Provide briefing analysis to government customers, military personnel, and other contractor stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Business, Finance, Engineering) or prior military experience.
- 0 - 2 years of experience supporting US Navy programs (shipbuilding preferred).
- Must be a United States citizen.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
- Experience with the US military, preferably with the US Navy is highly preferred.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Confluence databases (with macros) would be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
- Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions while in office.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions while in office.
