This is a full-time on-site role for a D365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant located in Durham, NC. The Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management module, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The role includes configuring and customizing the system to meet client needs, performing data migration, and training end-users.
- Experience with D365 Supply Chain Management and related modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in business process mapping and requirements gathering
- Proficiency in data migration and system integration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train end-users and provide ongoing support
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
- Certifications in D365 Supply Chain Management or related modules are advantageous
