- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and data models.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of complex data insights.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics.
- Proven experience in data analysis, including proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with SQL and data querying languages.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data driven insights to non technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align data analysis with business objectives.
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in the energy sector or related industries.
- Bachelor''''s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in business analysis and data analytics.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)) are a plus.
