Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite | Local Candidates Only)

Visa: US Citizens Only W2 only

🔎 Experience Required: 2 years

🛠 Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in documenting requirements, functional specs, process flows
  • Good knowledge of SDLC
  • Ability to work with cross-functional IT and business teams
  • Basic SQL/reporting knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills

💼 Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements
  • Assist in translating business needs to technical specifications
  • Support IT and business teams in project delivery
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Perform system checks, UAT support & data validation
