Dedicated to eliminating the digital divide in Oakland, CA, and throughout the Bay Area, Tech Exchange enhances educational opportunities and increases technology accessibility for low-income community members. The organization promotes individual self-sufficiency and empowerment by refurbishing donated computers and providing technological knowledge and skills to bridge the digital gap.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Navigator at Tech Exchange in Oakland, CA. The Digital Navigator will be responsible for providing technical support and basic computer skills training to parents and children. Daily tasks include assisting individuals in gaining access to the digital world through computer ownership and technological empowerment.
