Site Escort (Q/L Cleared) – DOE Facility

Position Summary

We are seeking Site Escort personnel with active DOE Q and/or L Security Clearances to support operations at a Department of Energy (DOE) facility in Piketon, Ohio. The Site Escort is responsible for accompanying and monitoring visitors, contractors, vendors, and other personnel who do not possess the required security clearance or unescorted access authorization to enter controlled or restricted areas of the site

.This role is critical to maintaining compliance with DOE security, safety, and access control requirements

• .Key Responsibilities
• Escort uncleared personnel throughout controlled and restricted areas of the DOE facility
• .Maintain continuous visual and physical accountability of escorted individuals at all times
• .Ensure visitors and contractors remain within authorized work areas and comply with all site security and safety procedures
• .Coordinate with site security, access control, and operations personnel regarding visitor entry and movement
• .Monitor activities of escorted personnel and report any security or safety concerns immediately
• .Maintain accurate escort logs and documentation as required by site procedures
• .Support daily site operations by providing reliable escort coverage for scheduled and unscheduled access requests
• .Adhere to all DOE, Fluor, and facility-specific security, environmental, health, and safety policies

.Required Qualification

• sActive DOE Q or L Security Clearance (required)
• .U.S. Citizenship (required)
• .Strong understanding of security compliance, access control procedures, and confidentiality requirements
• .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• .Ability to remain attentive and maintain continuous observation for extended periods
• .Reliable attendance and flexibility to support varying schedules or shifts as required

.Preferred Qualification

• Prior experience as a Site Escort, Security Escort, Access Control Escort, or Security Monitor at a DOE, DOD, nuclear, federal, or other high-security facility
• .Familiarity with Department of Energy security regulations and controlled access environments
• .Experience working on government construction, maintenance, or operations projects
