What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remedy / BMC Helix ITSM Developer position at Tech Army, LLC?
The main responsibilities will include:
- Remedy/Helix development & configuration — modify workflows, automation rules, forms, and business logic.
- Billing troubleshooting — investigate why billing or invoicing tasks fail and determine the root cause.
- Financial data troubleshooting — work with chartfields, accounting structures, billing rates, and financial data.
- ERP integration — troubleshoot or maintain integrations between Remedy/Helix and systems such as PeopleSoft or INFORMS.
- Workflow reprocessing — take failed billing transactions and get them successfully processed end-to-end.
- Fiscal year-end support — update billing rates, prepare workflows for year-end close, and stabilize the system during financial close.
- Dashboards/reporting — develop or modify Remedy/Helix dashboards.
- Documentation — document configurations, changes, troubleshooting procedures, and provide knowledge transfer.
