Architectural Millwork Drafter

Location: Jeannette, PA (On-Site)

We are looking for a Drafter with experience (or strong interest) in architectural woodwork and custom casework. This is an on-site role supporting engineering, project management, and shop production by developing clear, accurate shop drawings for submittal and fabrication.

• Produce shop drawings for custom casework, millwork, and architectural woodwork
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, and details based on contract documents
• Coordinate drawings with engineers, PMs, and shop/production teams
• Incorporate markups from internal reviews and external comments
• Maintain drawing consistency, clarity, and accuracy across sets
• Support revisions, resubmittals, and as-built updates

• Experience with AutoCAD (required)
• Experience with Microvellum / Toolbox (preferred)
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to produce fabrication-ready shop drawings (not just layout or design drawings)
• Strong communication with internal teams
• Experience working in a shop or manufacturing environment is a plus

• Architectural drafting or woodworking/millwork experience
• Familiarity with AWI standards
• Understanding of materials, hardware, and fabrication methods

• Competitive, based on experience. Typical compensation will align with experience in AutoCAD, Microvellum, and millwork.
