We are looking for a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our team.

We are a short 30-min drive from Downtown Dallas.
Hourly Range: $20-40, pending experience - DOE
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Position:
- Experience with eye surgery (loading IOLs/setting up phacoemulsification machine/etc.)
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) prepares the operating room by sterilizing and setting up the necessary equipment for the procedure.
- Handles instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure.
- Responsible for assembling all equipment and ensuring it functions properly.
- Selects and checks case charts and preference cards for correct instrument pan(s), packs, sterile supplies, and additional items needed for the case to facilitate timely procedure start times
- Schedule: Tuesday or Thursday, no on-call required

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited surgical technician program or equivalent
- CST certification or able to obtain within 1st year of employment
- 1 year of experience as surgical technologist within eye surgery is preferred
