Advanced Manufacturing Technician – 1st Shift

Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule Options
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM with half-day Fridays
About the Opportunity
Join a long-standing advanced manufacturing company supporting aerospace, defense, and space exploration industries. This team produces specialized high-temperature materials and composite products used in demanding applications such as spacecraft systems, military equipment, and jet engine components.
This position offers hands-on manufacturing work in a climate-controlled facility focused on precision, quality, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive, hands-on manufacturing and material handling tasks
- Work with carbon fiber materials and production fixtures
- Utilize hand tools and apply physical force as needed during production processes
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
- Assist with production setup and documentation updates
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to pass a physical, including vision and lifting requirements, and drug screening
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
