We are building out a world class CMM calibration and service department and are in need of experienced technicians/engineers.
Role Description
This is a full-time in person/remote position for a CMM Service Technician/Engineer. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting CMM equipment and systems, as well as field service activities to ensure peak operational performance at client facilities. The technician/engineer will be responsible for offering expert customer service by addressing client inquiries, performing inspections, and supporting the integration of technology solutions into existing workflows. Daily responsibilities include executing maintenance tasks, conducting diagnostics, calibrating, commissioning/decommissioning equipment at customer locations across the US.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair of CMM equipment and related systems.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues to maintain system reliability.
- Ability to conduct Field Service work, including on-site diagnostics and system optimization.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent Customer Service to clients.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time or more.
- Ability to work independently and set your own schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be based on qualification and range from $65K to $80K
