As the first point of contact for our patients and parents, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences while helping keep our busy offices running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and parents over the phone
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule appointments according to office protocols and provider availability
• Build positive relationships with patients and families through clear, friendly communication
• Accurately document all patient interactions and information
• Make appointment reminder calls and assist with scheduling updates
• Communicate office policies and procedures effectively
• Meet quality and performance standards using call scorecards and established metrics

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
• Reliable, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply (a plus, but not required)
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays and holidays
• Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
