What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff/Cashier position at Teavoli Boba?
About us
We are not looking for seasonal/summer employees at the moment. Only long term(1 year) will be accepted.
Teavoli Boba is a small business in Dublin, CA. We are family owned business and our goal is to provide high-quality tea, great tasting boba, and great snacks to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences
- Prepare and serve food items such as pastries, fried items, and meals
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning coffee machines, utensils, and seating areas
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt service and addressing any issues or complaints
Requirements:
- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and transactions
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Familiarity with food preparation and handling procedures in the food industry
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in beverage preparation and order fulfillment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and willingness to follow proper hygiene practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.54 - $20.00 per hour
