Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager located in San Jose, CA. The role entails providing executive administrative support, managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling expense reports, and maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations. The position ensures the executives' efficiency while contributing to a well-run and professional office environment. There is an expectation to do these additional tasks: Order office supplies, maintain office tidiness, handle shipping & mail. Answer phone calls
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Experience with managing schedules and providing comprehensive Executive Support
- Excellent Communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality
- Problem solver
- Proficiency in office software and organizational tools
- Previous experience in office management or supporting senior executives is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
