Role Description

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development to support sales growth and operational improvements
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
- Expertise in Market Research and understanding market trends to identify new opportunities
- Knowledge of Business strategies and processes for organizational development
- Exceptional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Education in Business Administration, Analytics, or related fields preferred
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (boba specifically) or retail industry is a plus
