Teaspoon is looking for a barista to join our team, located on 4420 Town Center Blvd. Suite 110. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, hard-working and loves Boba.

Responsibilities
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail
- Has a sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both orally and written
- Provide great customer service to all customers
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year as a barista, preferably bobarista.
- Basic knowledge of Toast POS or similar systems.
- Passion for the Teaspoon brand and enthusiasm for learning more about Teaspoon products and nutrition
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, reach throughout assigned shifts
- Exceptional cleaning skills
- Proven working experience as a barista. Following recipe procedures.
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Weekly day range
- Monday to Sunday
Education
- High school or college (Preferred)
License/Certification
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Food handler certification
Shift availability
- Day Shift (Preferred)
