Pay Range per Position:
Baristas: $14- $16
Shift Leads: $16- $18
Store Managers: $50,000- $58,000 per year
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- No previous experience required.
- Excellent listening skills and verbal communication.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Team player, uses an upbeat tone of voice and has a can do attitude!
