Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support our client’s Human Resources department in streamlining and accelerating the resolution of internal IT and process-related tickets within Jira. In this role, you will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure progress on open tasks, track status updates, and follow up with responsible team members to keep workflows moving efficiently. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated recent graduate eager to grow project management and communication skills in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsabilities:
Monitor and manage the HR department's Jira ticket backlog.
Follow up with assigned teams and individuals to ensure timely ticket resolution.
Maintain clear and up-to-date tracking of progress and priorities.
Prepare simple progress reports and dashboards for HR and IT management.
Escalate issues when deadlines or responsibilities are unclear.
Participate in coordination meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions.
Support process improvement initiatives within HR operations.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills — you like keeping things on track.
A proactive mindset — you’re not afraid to follow up and get clarity.
Interest in project management or digital HR systems.
Some familiarity with Jira or similar tools is a plus.
