The Public Safety Programs division seeks a skilled Project Scheduler / Assistant Project Manager to support multiple medium- and large-scale initiatives.
Role includes developing, maintaining, and optimizing detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and established PMO processes.
Support project managers with planning, milestone tracking, deliverable monitoring, risk documentation, and progress reporting.
Coordinate resource allocation, manage schedule dependencies, and prepare timeline analyses, 30-day lookaheads, and critical path assessments.
Perform analytical functions including dashboard creation, KPI tracking, trend analysis, and data-driven insights for project decision-making.
Maintain organized and compliant document repositories through SharePoint, ensuring version control, approvals, and regulatory record-keeping.
Assist PMO operations with change requests, reporting, schedule updates, and ensuring proper storage of project artifacts.
Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, advanced MS Project experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, Smartsheet experience, SharePoint development, and background in data analytics or process improvement.
