Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Analyst to join our consulting team in downtown New York City. In this role, you’ll support one of our prestigious clients in the luxury sector, ensuring their enterprise software applications continue to perform flawlessly as they evolve.
Responsabilities
As part of the IT Testing stream, you’ll help safeguard system reliability by executing structured non-regression tests and supporting new software releases. Your responsibilities will include:
Running non-regression test cases to ensure updates don’t impact existing functionalities.
Logging, tracking, and following up on software issues in collaboration with developers and analysts.
Updating and maintaining test documentation and scripts.
Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) activities alongside business teams.
Contributing to continuous improvement of testing practices and quality processes.
Qualifications
A recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Curious, organized, and eager to learn how enterprise systems work behind the scenes.
A clear communicator who enjoys teamwork and problem-solving.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or SQL is a plus.
Detail-oriented — you notice when something’s off and enjoy figuring out why.
