Job Description :
For Senior developer 8 years, and for normal developer 5 years
- 8 / 5 years Microsoft D365 Customer Service development experience to include integrations and omni-channel setup.
- Minimum 2 years experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, Azure integration services
- Good Experience in writing MS Dynamics plugins, Custom workflows, custom Web Applications.
- Knowledge of latest MS .Net Framework 4 using C#, .Net Core and Asp.net Core, knowledge of design patterns.
- Experience with SOA, Rest and Micro Services Architectural principle and patterns.
- Experience with Azure platform development, Azure flow, logic apps, Azure functions is advantageous.
- Knowledge of power Platform security basics, experience in set up monitoring, Power platform Tuning and optimization, Compliance and Licensing
- Experience of Dynamics 365 integration with Genesys/ MS Digital Contact Centre will be advantage.
