Implementation Consultant

Role: Implementation Consultant

Location: Marietta, GA Onsite Monday to Friday)

(Need Candidates with Banking Domain with payment and High end Tech BA and previous Developer with current PM / BA role, Need technical exp in their profile)

Must understand:

·         Systems, integrations, APIs, infra, data center, etc.

·         They want someone who can say:

·         This issue is backend / infra / network / integration – involve this team

•        Hands-on knowledge of APIs (Postman, request/response validation, error analysis)

•        Ability to analyze platform logs, error traces, and configuration metadata

•        Working knowledge of front-end/back-end fundamentals for troubleshooting

•        Exposure to SQL, basic scripting, and debugging for technical issue resolution

•        Should have acumen in automations, including identifying repetitive processes, recommending automation opportunities, and collaborating with RPA/DevOps teams to streamline configuration or validation steps

•        Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, DevTools, and Excel-based config templates

•        Should be able to coordinate with QA teams and work towards smooth UAT

•        Solid understanding of SDLC, release cycles, and deployment processes

Responsibilities:

•        Configure DMA platform using reusable templates and parameter guides.

•        Apply branding, pricing, and tenant setup based on bank requirements.

•        Validate configuration against implementation playbooks and client expectations.

•        Support UAT and go-live activities, including cutover and rollback planning.

•        Collaborate with offshore configuration engineers for scalable delivery.

Requirements:

1.      Bachelor''s degree in any discipline

2.      Strong communication and coordination skills

3.      Experience in BFSI implementations

4.      Familiarity with Jira, Confluence (good to have)

5.      Some coding or technical development preferred
