Utility Worker III - US

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a manufacturing facility in Delaware Water Gap, PA area, is seeking Utility Worker III candidates to join their team! This is a heavy industrial, labor-intensive role requiring commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Utility Worker III Job Summary:

• Pay: $24/hr
• Shifts: MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ALL 3 SHIFTS!
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
• Perform general manual labor within an industrial mill environment
• Pick up paper, sweep floors, and complete cleaning tasks using hand tools
• Shovel, handle materials, and assist with core cutting and chemical operations
• Operate forklift equipment (approximately 10% of job duties; training may be provided)
• Transport paper rolls, pallets, and loose materials
• Meet production and safety expectations
• Follow proper operational and safety procedures

Utility Worker III Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Heavy industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Tape measure reading ability is preferred
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required
