Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite) in Dimondale, MI
Pay Rate Range: 45/HR - 55/HR
Duration: 12 month Contract with possible extensions

Responsibilities:

• • Lead global ERP projects (Oracle/SAP) with teams of 20 and budgets exceeding $750M.
  • Oversee technical teams on system architecture and SaaS integrations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (5,000 lines).
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Utilize Clarity for portfolio management and MS Project for advanced scheduling.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with SUITE Project Management Methodology (PMM) and System Engineering Methodology (SEM).
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, vendor deliverable management, and change control processes.

Required Qualifications:

• • 10 years ERP project management (Oracle/SAP), leading large teams and budgets.
  • 7 years IT project management experience with industry best practices.
  • 7 years managing budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and delivering projects on time/on budget.
  • 5 years using project portfolio management tools (Clarity).
  • 5 years advanced MS Project expertise.
  • Experience in government, multi-vendor environments, and COTS technology projects.
  • Prior developer or senior technical project management background.

Desired Qualifications:

• • PMP Certification (highly desired).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
