Business Analyst Consultant III – IT Contracts Manager

Location: Remote (Must reside in Wisconsin)
Duration: 02/02/2026 – 12/31/2026 (possible extension)
Max Bill Rate: $37-41/hour

Top Required Skills (5 years):

• Contract Management or Paralegal Work
• Negotiating and managing contract life cycles (focus on IT service agreements, technology contracts)
• IT contract negotiation tactics and strategies
• Ability to determine contractual and financial exposure and negotiate contracts
• Bridge communications between IT and business organizations to structure contracts aligned with business needs

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of contracting trends, licensing models, vendor performance models
• Project and process management for multiple vendors/contracts
• Understanding of contract risks and strategies for risk mitigation

Role Overview:

• Manage IT contract lifecycle: amendments, changes, modifications, performance clauses
• Act as subject matter expert for IT-related contracts (hardware, software, services)
• Negotiate terms, conditions, incentives, remedies
• Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, and stakeholders to secure best financial terms
• Maintain contract database, track obligations/deliverables
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, assist with audits, mediate disputes
