Primary Function
The Creative Project Manager’s role is to manage the delivery, coordination, and operational execution of creative projects across the Creative Solutions Division, including Brand & Design, Feature Video, Photography, Studios, Events, and Creative Lab. The position focuses on ensuring high-quality and timely project scoping and delivery, superior client service, effective resourcing, and providing sound operational oversight, while incorporating evolving processes utilizing generative AI in workflows where appropriate. The selected candidate will function as an integral part of the CSO Project Management team, serving as a key point of coordination between clients, creative teams, and operational stakeholders; working closely with creative leads, creative specialists, producers, clients, suppliers, vendors, stakeholders and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, on budget, and to a high standard across the full Creative Solutions portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build integrated project plans for creative production (across, design, branding, video, photo, events, studios and creative lab stratgey); manage dependencies and change.
- Run standups, project kick offs and close outs, track tasks, reviews and approvals
- Monitor-production execution (on-time, on-budget, quality signals) and retrospectives. Monitor project scope, timelines, and risks, proactively alerting stakeholders and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clean documentation and reporting to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing daily communications, identifying needs, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across Creative Solutions services. Advise clients on the full range of Creative Solutions services and options.
- Maintain stakeholders’ communications in a timely manner. Manage a portfolio of creative projects from intake through delivery, including activating projects in Workfront, drafting creative briefs, developing timelines, and overseeing final outputs.
- Review incoming project requests, assess feasibility and complexity, propose delivery approaches, and manage client review and approval cycles
- Act as the single point of accountability for assigned projects, managing scope, timelines, and risks, and escalating issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate resourcing and workload tracking in partnership with Creative Leads to balance competing priorities and maintain visibility on project progress.
- Manage procurement for project delivery, including coordinating with freelance talent and vendors for printing or content acquisition, and communicating cost implications to clients.
- Support the integration of AI tools into content production and creative operations, suggesting ways generative AI can improve efficiency and workflow optimization. Proactively suggest implementation

- Maintain project dashboards and trackers, proactively introducing improvements to data accuracy and reporting for stakeholder
- Document and distribute action items following meetings and track follow through with clients and Creative Solutions teams
- Prepare and deliver clear Statements of Work (SOWs), cost estimates, and project proposals to ensure appropriate scoping and resourcing. Provide guidance and feedback to Creative and Strategy Lead and project leads during the proposal development process, ensuring appropriate scoping, resourcing, and project portfolio alignment.
- Develop forward-looking resourcing plans to identify bottlenecks and capacity gaps, informing decisions on when to initiate, delay, or accelerate project start times and delivery schedules.
- Provide backup support to the Divisional Coordinator, ensuring incoming requests, and inquiries to the Division are monitored, triaged, and addressed appropriately.
Skills & Qualifications
- Project Management Experience: Strong experience managing high volume of creative or media projects in complex environments, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Client Service: Demonstrated strength in building trust, managing expectations, and navigating priorities diplomatically.
- Production Knowledge: Solid understanding of creative production processes across design, video, photography, UI-UX and digital content/ products delivery.
- Operational Proficiency: Comfort working with budgets, cost tracking, and procurement processes, including the development of SOWs.
- Demonstrated understanding of creative workflows and quality control practices.
- Communication: Exceptional structured communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements and decisions clearly to clients and internal teams.
- AI & Innovation Awareness: Curiosity and interest in innovation is encouraged, and a basic understanding of AI and generative AI applications in creative production and project management.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in project management systems such as Adobe Workfront, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or client service roles.
- PMP certification is desired.
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
