Job Title: Flex Operator-2nd Shift

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to help maintain production schedules while working in various departments in the shop.
Specific areas of responsibility include (but not limited to)
· Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
· Perform operations that involve handling heavy parts and operating or adjusting production equipment.
· Switch between various production job assignments as needed.
· Identify the next project on the master cut list to process being sure projects are cut by date.
· Pull paperwork and identify TFL, colors required for project.
· Check all parts for excess glue and cleaned before moving forward.
· Attach cams with lightweight mallet them restack shelves on project cart.
· Run all carts for specific jobs together.
· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Work Experience Requirements:
· Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred.
· High School Diploma or GED
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Maintain Positive attitude.
· Ability to work independently and carry out assignments.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with productivity standards.
· Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and be able to push 4-wheel carts up to 250 lbs.
· Ability to work in warehouse environment.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: $16.00 to $18.00 Per Hour depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: Noon to 8pm (2nd Shift)
