What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Self Storage Manager position at Flex Storage?
Seeking a facility manager with excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the energy and ability to maintain a large storage facility. This shift is for one to three days from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekend availability is a must.
Responsibilities Include:
- Renting Self Storage Spaces and Parking Spots
- Phone Support Across Multiple Locations
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Accepting Payments and Making Deposits
- Maintaining a Working Knowledge of the Company’s Policies
- Cleaning and Maintaining the Property, Units, and Office
- Walking the Property and Cleaning Units in All Weather Conditions
- Traveling to a Remotely Managed Location
Qualified Candidates Will Meet the Following Requirements:
- Enjoy Working with the Public
- Can Comfortably Work Alone for Many Consecutive Hours
- Available to Work Both Weekdays and Weekends
- Basic Computer Skills
- Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver’s License
- Have a Smartphone
