Teamisu is a specialty dessert and beverage shop known for our signature tiramisu, bubble tea, fruit teas, and high-end coffee offerings. We take pride in crafting desserts that are both visually stunning and delicious. We are now looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Tiramisu Maker to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble classic and creative variations of tiramisu, ensuring consistency and high quality.
- Manage daily tiramisu production to meet customer demand.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the prep area at all times.
- Monitor ingredients inventory and communicate with the team for ordering.
- Experiment with new flavors and presentations for limited-edition tiramisu or seasonal specials (optional but welcome).
- Ensure compliance with food safety and kitchen standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in pastry or dessert making (experience specifically with tiramisu is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Creativity and passion for desserts are a big advantage.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
- Experience working in a café or dessert shop
- Basic knowledge of coffee or tea pairing with desserts
- Familiarity with kitchen inventory and ordering
