What You'll Do
- Deliver mental health care to residents in skilled nursing/long-term care
- Collaborate with care teams to craft treatment plans that work
- Provide follow-up and continuity of care that makes a different
What You'll Need
- Active PMHNP or psych PA license in Indiana with ability to practice and bill independently
- DEA license preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills
