About the Role
- 3.5 days a week (during weekdays), covering three facilities located in Thomasville, Bainbridge, and Fort Gaines
- No evenings or weekends work requirements
- Scheduling flexibility that supports a great work/life balance: ability to set your scheduling preference, i.e. morning start time and rounding days, round and go environment, and 48 hours allowed for chart completion
- Autonomous work environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting
- Utilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions

- Compensation is Fee for Service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated range of $54,731 to $64,777 annually with no cap on productivity income

Qualifications
- LPC, LMHC, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Georgia (we are unable to consider LCSWs for this role)
- A minimum of 6 months experience as an LPC/LMHC/LMFT post program completion
- Must be able to practice and bill independently without the need for completing supervisory hours
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for working with older adult populations
