Your primary focus will be assisting with employer consortium account setup, change requests, reporting, document processing, data entry, and other consortium-related administrative tasks.
You will also spend a significant amount of time providing customer support by phone and email, answering questions, responding to requests, documenting issues, explaining basic processes, and helping ensure customers receive timely follow-up.
In addition, you will assist with order fulfillment, help maintain product and supply inventory, and support other administrative tasks as needed.
The right person will be dependable, willing to learn, comfortable asking questions, and interested in growing into a role where they become well-versed in DOT consortium rules, drug and alcohol testing procedures, and compliance-related workflows.
