Compensation range $140,000 - $160,000 10% Target Bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
- Direct design, modification, and testing of air compressor systems and components
- Oversee department projects, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality results
- Collaborate with production, quality, and marketing teams on product planning
- Analyze trends, develop budgets, and recommend new technologies
- Manage, coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of 4 Product Engineers
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred
- Skilled in CAD/CAM and SAP systems
- Experienced in manufacturing environments with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong communicator with strategic thinking and leadership abilities
